Order Verification to complete purchase

We understand it can be intimidating to make such an important purchase online, and we want to make sure it is safe and secure for everyone! 

Due to the high value nature of our orders, our billing team does review orders to ensure they are confident that the purchase was made by the authorized cardholder. Similar to in a retail store, how a clerk may ask to see ID, we request identification to ensure that the purchase was authorized. As mentioned in the verification email, you may cover the numbers of your credit card, except the last four digits, and also obscure the ID number on your government issued ID for your privacy protection. All verification documents are destroyed upon order confirmation by our billing team.

If you are still uncomfortable with this method of verification, we can provide a full refund and send a PayPal invoice which will bypass this process. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can click on “Guest Checkout” to process the payment for the order.
