Repairs with Extend Protection Plan:
If you have purchased an Extend Protection Plan, you can start a claim for the repair by following these instructions:
- Please click on the following link to access the Extend repair portal and click on “File a Claim” https://www.extend.com/customers
- Input the email address that was used to create your account
- Follow the steps from Extend to receive a shipping label to return the order for the repair process
Once the steps above have been completed, please ship the ring that needs to be repaired. We’ll send a confirmation email once the ring(s) arrive at our facility. When the repairs are completed, we will ship the ring(s) back to you and you will also be notified via email with a tracking number.
No Warranty Coverage? No Problem!
Let's start with images of the ring(s), to better help our repair team assess the situation. Email these images to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know a little bit about your situation.
When taking images of the damaged ring(s), it often helps to hold the camera (or phone camera) a bit further away from the actual ring, and use the zoom function to show as much detail as possible. Please take a few images, from a few different angles to help us get the best idea of the condition of the ring(s).
Our team will review the images and send you an RMA (Return Mailing Authorization) as well as instructions to ship the rings back to us. Once back in our office, our repair team will be able to provide a full quote and recommendation to get the ring back in top, sparkling condition.
Once approved and paid for, our expert jewelers will get to work and we'll get the ring(s) back on your finger in no time!
